MTN GlobalConnect has successfully facilitated Group Vivendi Africa's acquisition of subsea capacity from the 2Africa subsea fiber cable. This cable system spans 45,000km and offers a capacity of 180 terabits per second (Tbps), providing much-needed additional international capacity for internet and other services to serve the African continent.
